Accessory allows a user to create their own PCB based termination solution mounted directly on the front of the product or on the end of a cable. Interfacing PCBs should be designed with suitable clearances for the voltage the application requires. 15-Pin Female connectors can be directly mated to a corresponding Pickering Switching Module while Male versions can be used to interface to a Female cable assembly termination.

The 40-785C-542-E (PXI) and 42-785C-542-E (PXIe) are dual SP6T 40GHz unterminated microwave multiplexers with remotely mounted relays. The 40/42-785C range of multiplexers are available as single or dual, SP6T or SP4T panel mounted multiplexers with relays mounted on the front panel. The single slot version can support up to three supplied remotely mounted multiplexers.

The 40-870 is a 50 RF Switch available with 3 or 6 separate SPDT relays in a single PXI slot. Both versions exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. The switch banks been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz. The injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal paths of the 40-870 has been minimized by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.

The 26-Pin Connector to Unterminated Cable Assy is constructed from PFA insulated 7/0.15 (26AWG) Silver Plated Copper Wire. The connector can be secured to an associated product by screwlocks. The unterminated connections are coded to match the connector pin designation and include crimped on ferrules to ensure the wire strands cannot break when they are terminated.
