PXI Millivolt Thermocouple Simulators

This series of PXI Thermocouple Simulator Modules is available in a choice of 32, 24, 16 or 8 channelseach channel providing a low-voltage output across two connector pins capable of providing 20mV with 0.7V resolution, 50mV with 1.7V resolution and 100mV with 3.3V resolution, covering most thermocouple types. These thermocouple simulators use two wire outputs with a remote output reference sense to ensure the modules deliver accurate low-level voltages, even if the system has common mode voltages present. In addition, each simulation channel is also able to provide an open circuit setting to simulate faulty wiring connections to a sensor.

Ethernet/AFDX/BroadR-Reach PCI Fault Insertion Switch - 4 Channel

This high bandwidth differential PCI fault insertion card is designed to simulate common faults on high speed two wire communication interfaces such as Ethernet. This card supports 4 or 8-channels of two wire serial connections and can be used for simulating faults on Ethernet, AFDX, Broad R-Reach, 100BaseT and 1000BaseT interfaces. Any wire can be set to an open circuit, shorts can be applied across the wire pair, or to the adjacent pair. Fault connections can be made to one of four external signals via two fault buses, typically simulating connections to a supply voltage or ground.

The 40-780B-542-E (PXI) and 42-780B-542-E (PXIe) are dual SPDT 40GHz unterminated microwave relay modules with remotely mounted relays. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT panel mounted relays capable of switching frequencies up to 67GHz in 50Ω or 2.5GHz in 75Ω. Connections are made via high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75Ω versions. Remote versions can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

Pickering PXI Fiber Optic MEMS Switching cards are available in many high density formats with a choice of 5 different connector styles to suit most applications: FC/APC (for optimal performance), FC/PC and SC/PC for general applications and LC and MU for high density applications. Fiber optic multiplexers create a signal path by redirecting the optical signal into a selected output fiber. This is achieved using Micro-Mechanical Mirrors driven by a highly precise mechanism and activated via an electrical control signal.
