The 40-785C-541 (PXI) and 42-785C-541 (PXIe) are single SP6T 40GHz unterminated microwave multiplexers. The 40/42-785C range of multiplexers are available as single or dual, SP6T or SP4T panel mounted multiplexers with relays mounted on the front panel. The single slot version can support up to three supplied remotely mounted multiplexers.

This version of our BRIC is part of a range of high-density PXI matrix modules. These modules are available in 2, 4 or 8 slot PXI sizes to suit all high-performance matrix requirements and are constructed using instrumentation quality reed relays. With this high level of switching density, these PXI matrix modules allow a complete Functional ATE system to be housed in a single 3U PXI chassis. These BRIC matrix modules allow the use of lower cost 8 or 14-slot PXI chassis.

All configurations use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 300VDC/250VAC.

PXI/PXIe LVDT/RVDT/Resolver Simulator Module

The 41/43-670 range is ideal for the simulation of variable differential transformers (VDT), both linear (LVDT) and rotary (RVDT) types, as well as resolvers. Available with up to four banks, each bank is capable of simulating the output of a single 5 or 6-wire VDT or resolver, or dual 4-wire utilizing a shared excitation signal. This allows the module to simulate up to 4 channels of 5 or 6-wire or 8 channels of 4-wire.

The 40-635 2 Amp Multiplexer module is available in 9 standard configurations as well as 9 half density configurations, all using high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 300VDC/250VAC. The module is suitable for signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. Connections are made via a front panel 78-way D-type connector.

LXI WTB Probe, Terminated

The 60-981 LXI Wired Trigger Probe provides a simple method of monitoring the LXI Wired Trigger Bus activity. It provides a through line active probe that can be used to non-intrusively monitor the waveforms of the M-LVDS drivers on all 8 channels. Each channel has two single ended outputs from the differential pair that can be subtracted by an oscilloscope to display each driver output and the differential signal.

The 40-781A-222 (PXI) and 42-781A-222 (PXIe) are dual SPDT 26.5GHz microwave relay modules with internal terminations. The 40/42-781A range is available with one or two SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 50GHz in 50Ω. They are available with either internal or external terminations and connections are via front panel mounted high quality SMA, SMA 2.9 or SMA 2.4 connectors.

The 40-670A series of very high density multiplexer modules feature a wide range of switching configurations. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. The 40-670 multiplexer may be operated as a conventional multiplexer with break-before-make action when a new channel is selected. In addition multiple channels may be simultaneously selected (not available in 1 pole mode).

The 40-780B-543 (PXI) and 42-780B-543 (PXIe) are triple SPDT 40GHz unterminated microwave relay modules. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 67GHz in 50Ω or 2.5GHz in 75Ω. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.
