PCI RTD Simulator Card 6-Channel PT100

This RTD Simulator is a PCI card that supports 6 channels of RTD simulation. The card provides a setting resolution of <8mΩ (also available in <90mΩ - PT1000version) and a resistance accuracy of better than 0.1% on all channels. Each simulation channel is able to provide a short or open circuit setting to simulate faulty wiring connections to a sensor. Calibration or verification of each resistor channel can be verified by using the calibration port connected to a high performance DMM and a supplied software package.

The cable assembly is constructed from highly flexible 7/0.15 (26AWG) Silver Plated Copper Wire. The 40-780B-523 (PXI) and 42-780B-523 (PXIe) are triple SPDT 18GHz unterminated microwave relay modules. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 67GHz in 50Ω or 2.5GHz in 75Ω. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

PXI Standard Programmable Resistor Modules
Pickering's PXI Standard Programmable Resistor Modules include fully programmable resistor and potentiometer modules for applications such as sensor emulation that require fine adjustment with a resolution down to 0.25 Ohm. All of our Programmable Resistor Modules can easily be formed to make Programmable Potentiometers by connecting two channels in series, using the unconnected terminals as the A and B connections and the link between the two channels as the wiper connection. For applications with more demanding accuracy and resolution requirements, consider our Precision Programmable Resistor Modules .
