The 40-670A series of very high density multiplexer modules feature a wide range of switching configurations. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. The 40-670 multiplexer may be operated as a conventional multiplexer with break-before-make action when a new channel is selected. In addition multiple channels may be simultaneously selected (not available in 1 pole mode).

The 40-780B-541-E (PXI) and 42-780B-541-E (PXIe) are single failsafe SPDT 40 GHz unterminated microwave relay modules with remotely mounted relays. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT panel mounted relays capable of switching frequencies up to 67 GHz in 50 Ω or 2.5 GHz in 75 Ω. Connections are made via high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50 Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75 Ω versions. Remote versions can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

The 40-785C-442 (PXI) and 42-785C-442 (PXIe) are dual failsafe SP4T 40 GHz unterminated microwave multiplexers. The 40/42-785C range of multiplexers are available in single or dual, SP6T or SP4T configurations with relays mounted on the front panel. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three multiplexers in a single slot.

The 40-514-102 (PXI) and 42-514-102 (PXIe) are low density multiplexers in single 6-channel, 4-pole configuration. They are capable of switching a wide range of current, from 10 μA to 2.5 A at 220 VDC/250 VAC. The current capability of the module permits the use of a single module type for both low and medium current test applications.

The 500-Pin SEARAY connector is used on switching products to provide a very high density 1A connector solution that is suitable for use to 200VDC. This accessory is designed to allow users to directly terminate a cable via solder bucket connections to a PCB linked to a 500-Pin SEARAY connector. Pickering Interfaces recommend the use of purchased cable assemblies for applications where most or all of the contacts are in use.

The 40-571 is a Power Multiplexer designed to simplify the connection of a common set of test equipment to one of a number of different devices for testing (simultaneous multiple channel selection is possible for most configurations, see switching specifications for restrictions). It is ideal for applications where the equipment needs to conduct the same test process on a series of similar devices one at a time. It is available in a variety of configurations that allow testing with differing number of devices to be tested and different connection widths to suit differing test equipment pin counts.

PXI Dual 2x2 RF Matrix MCX 75 Ohm

The 40-837 is a 75 2x2 RF matrix available with 1 or 2 banks in a single PXI slot. Loop-thru connections are provided on both the X and Y axis allowing the attachment of terminations for unused signals or for expansion to other matrices. Larger matrices are easily built with varied X and Y dimensions, such as 8x2 and 4x4 using multiple 40-837 modules.

PXIe Full Hybrid Chassis, 21-Slot (Gen 2)

This 21-slot PXIe Chassis provides one PXIe system slot and 20 hybrid-compatible slots for application flexibility. The chassis utilizes three PCI segments with a dedicated PCIe-to-PCI bridge module for the hybrid slots. The PXI-specific high-accuracy clocks and trigger signals are generated and controlled by an independent clock module attached to the rear of the backplane.
