This version of our BRIC is part of a range of high-density PXI matrix modules. These modules are available in 2, 4 or 8 slot PXI sizes to suit all high-performance matrix requirements and are constructed using instrumentation quality reed relays. With this high level of switching density, these PXI matrix modules allow a complete Functional ATE system to be housed in a single 3U PXI chassis. These BRIC matrix modules allow the use of lower cost 8 or 14-slot PXI chassis.

The 40/42-153-004-HI is a PXI/PXIe high density power relay module with 18xSPST switches rated at 5A and includes the hardware interlock option. User connection is via a 50-pin SGMC male connector, hardware interlock is via a 4-pin 00 series socket (mating plug is supplied). The 40/42-153 range is available in 18, 25, 36 or 50 SPST configurations with or without hardware interlock.

The 41/43-670-003 is ideal for the simulation of variable differential transformers (VDT), both linear (LVDT) and rotary (RVDT) types, as well as resolvers. It has two banks, each capable of simulating the output of a single 5 or 6-wire VDT or resolver, or dual 4-wire utilizing a shared excitation signal. This allows the module to simulate up to 2 channels of 5 or 6-wire or 4 channels of 4-wire.

Our signal routing software, Switch Path Manager, simplifies signal routing through switching systems and speeds up the development of switching system software. Switch Path Manager supports Pickering''s switching modules and the interconnection between these products. Third-party products can be supported upon request. Once a switching system model has been created, simply defining the endpoints that are required to be connected together can perform signal routing. The ability to automate signal routing results in effective and easy switching system managementsafely and quickly.

The 40-263-302 is a 12-channel PT500 RTD Simulator. The 40-263 range is a cost effective method of simulating PT100, PT500 or PT1000 RTDs. It supports 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 or 24 channels in one or two PXI slots. Also, channels are able to be set as short or open circuit to simulate faulty wiring to a sensor.

The 40-788-221-T (PXI) and 42-788-221-T (PXIe) are single failsafe SP12T 18 GHz microwave multiplexers with automatic termination of unused signals. The 40/42-788 range of multiplexers are available as single or dual, SP8T, SP10T or SP12T panel mounted multiplexers with relays mounted on the front panel. Remote versions are also available which can support one or two multiplexers in a dual slot module.
