The 40-727A-101 (PXI) and 42-727A-101 (PXIe) are 16x4 75 Ω RF matrices with SMB connectors. The 4x-727A/728A/729A range are high density RF matrix modules suitable for switching up to 300 MHz in 50 Ω or 100 MHz in 75 Ω. They are available in 50 Ω or 75 Ω versions with SMB connectors or in 50 Ω versions with a multiway connector.

The 40-614 High Density 2 Amp multiplexer module is available in 20 configurations. All configurations use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 200VDC/140VACThe module is suitable for signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. User connections are made via a front panel 160-pin DIN 41612 connector which is fully supported by our range of cabling and connector solutions.

The 40-780B-752 (PXI) and 42-780B-752 (PXIe) are dual failsafe SPDT 2.5 GHz 75 Ω unterminated microwave relay modules. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 67 GHz in 50 Ω or 2.5 GHz in 75 Ω. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50 Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75 Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

The 40-263-103 is a 20-channel PT1000 RTD Simulator. The 40-263 range is a cost effective method of simulating PT100, PT500 or PT1000 RTDs. It supports 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 or 24 channels in one or two PXI slots. Also, channels are able to be set as short or open circuit to simulate faulty wiring to a sensor.

Single 16x12 1-Pole High-Density PXI Matrix Module

The 40-520 family of high-density PXI matrices is available in 22 different configurations with up to 256 crosspoints. The choice of six bus widths (x16, x12, x8, x6, x4 and x2) enables competitively priced solutions using Pickering Electronics instrumentation quality reed relays. These relays offer very long life with good low-level switching performance and excellent contact resistance stability. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems.

For applications where a 90 degree down cable exit would be preferred with unterminated connections at the other end. The cable assembly is constructed from highly flexible 7/0.15 (26AWG) Silver Plated Copper Wire. If the user requires the connector to have a second fixing then the right hand connector can be fitted with the optional screwlock assembly 40-969-101.

PXI/PXIe MEMS RF Multiplexer, Dual 4-Channel, 4GHz, 50Ω, SMB

The module is based on the latest micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) switching technology and has low insertion loss and VSWR. In addition, MEMS devices have a long operational life of >3 billion operations and benefit from an operating time of <20 μs allowing greater test system throughput. The multiplexers have excellent and repeatable RF characteristics beyond 4 GHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss.
