The 8-Pin Power D-Type Connector to Unterminated Cable Assy is constructed from PVC insulated 56/0.3 (12AWG) Copper wire. The connector can be secured to the product by screwlocks and the unterminated connections are coded to match the connector pin designation.

All configurations use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 200VDC/140VACThe module is suitable for signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. User connections are made via a front panel 160-pin DIN 41612 connector which is fully supported by our range of cabling and connector solutions.

The 40-780B-533 (PXI) and 42-780B-533 (PXIe) are triple failsafe SPDT 26.5 GHz unterminated microwave relay modules. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 67 GHz in 50 Ω or 2.5 GHz in 75 Ω. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50 Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75 Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

The 40-754 is a 50Ω High Density RF switch available with 17 or 9 SPDT relays in a single PXI module. The 40-754 is available with two connector options; an SMB connector that provides a frequency range of 1.2GHz (useable to 1.8GHz) occupying two PXI slots, or an MS-M RF multiway connector which limits the bandwidth to 500MHz but offers a high density solution occupying one PXI slot. The RF switch design is identical in each case.

The 40-662 range of 16 Amp PXI power multiplexer modules is available in seven configurations ranging from 4-off 2:1 multiplexers to 1-off 16:1 multiplexer. Power multiplexer modules are intended for switching heavy AC or DC loads or for the slave switching of large external relays, contactors and solenoids. All versions are suitable for switching loads up to 16 Amp at 250VAC. The 40-571 is a Power Multiplexer designed to simplify the connection of a common set of test equipment to one of a number of different devices for testing (simultaneous multiple channel selection is possible for most configurations, see switching specifications for restrictions). It is ideal for applications where the equipment needs to conduct the same test process on a series of similar devices one at a time. It is available in a variety of configurations that allow testing with differing number of devices to be tested and different connection widths to suit differing test equipment pin counts.
