NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments Group

For many years, specialists from NT-MDT LLC (Moscow, Zelenograd) and all employees of the NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments group of companies have been involved in the development, production and support of research equipment, primarily atomic force microscopes (AFM) and their combinations with spectroscopy ultra-high resolution for nanotechnology and its applications. Our path has been marked by the creation of a large number of devices, the functions and capabilities of which cover a wide range of customer needs in various fields: university education, academic and industrial research.
