The ISO-C64 has 64 channels of optically isolated digital outputs. The outputs are arranged into four isolated banks. Each digital output offers a darlington transistor and integral suppression diode for inductive load. Isolated output channels are designed into group A, B, C, D. The power supply of the outoput port should be used for external power. The board interfaces to yield logic signals, which eliminates ground-loop problems and isolates the host computer from damaging voltages.

Current And Voltage Input Sensors

Voltage Input Attenuators can be used to measure high voltages. Voltage Attenuators are designed for used in high-voltage applications. A great device, that works well for building automation, factory, and machine automation, remote maintenance, testing, and diagnosis, the PET-7083 is a 3-axis high speed encoder/counter module. Its each axis can be individually configured for Quadrant, Pulse/Direction or CW/CCW counting modes. The maximum input rate for Quadrant counting mode is 1 MHz, and for Pulse/Direction, CW/CCW counting modes is 4 MHz. The encoder/counter module is equipped a FRAM to retain the counter value after it is powered off. FRAM is a nonvolatile memory that can hold written data even after it is powered off. The data retention can be 10 years. And the feature can be configured as enabled or disabled.

Motionnet Motion Control Modules

Motionnet comprises of a high-speed serial communication system that involves Master card and Slave modules. ICP DAS USA has two categories of Slave devices: Digital I/O, and Motion Control. Users' actuators/sensors can be easily connected with our Motionnet devices. Motion control modules work together with either a Servo or Stepping motor. Motionnet communication between a Master and the Slaves devices is based on RS-485 technology (Multi-drop, Half-duplex). This technology provides the advantage of simplifying connectivity of devices between remote distances while still offering high speed. Data transfer for the I/O modules is cyclical and time deterministic, so this mean that Motionnet devices can be used for other numerous industrial automation applications.
