High Voltage Waveform Digitizer Family

The PXD731x High Voltage Waveform Digitizer family features up to two 100MS/s simultaneously sampled input channels with 16Bit resolution, input voltages up to ±250V and a bandwidth up to 50MHz. Every digitizer channel has its own 2MB memory which allows up to 1 million samples. Data can be acquired before and after the trigger event with a programmable sample counter, that controls the number of data points. All PXD731x High Voltage Waveform Digitizer family devices have a high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR).

VXI High Precision Digital Multimeter
VX2120
The VX2120 is a high precision Digital Multimeter (DMM) for high performance measurements with 24Bit resolution. It provides measurements DCV up to 1,000VDC, ACV up to 1,000VACPeak and resistance (2 or 4-wire) up to 10MΩ. The internal microprocessor is equipped with flash memory for an fast and easy software update via the VXI-Bus. This will simplify new measurement functions to be downloaded. The VX2120 does support both True-RMS and Average-Peak AC-Measurements. For high precision AC measurements the VX2120 uses the "tracking technology". This feature allows high accurate AC measurements even at very low signal frequencies.

VXI High Precision Timer Counter
VX2210
The VX2210 is a high precision, 9 digits, 100MHz Timer/Counter for high performance measurements. The two input channels (A and B) can be used independently and providing capabilities needed for electronic test applications. Counter functions include frequency, period, pulse width, time interval, rise and fall time and totalize measurements. An optional third channel (C) can be used for frequency measurements of up to 1.3GHz.
