DC Vibration Unit Tester

As the technology for BLDC motors advances, more advanced testing is also needed. The BK2116 DC Vibration Motor Tester was designed when of several of our clients needed to test the new generation of 3 port DC vibration motors. Using the BK2116, you can test the electrical specifications (RPM, current, drop pulse, and start up voltage) and also vibration level, and noise of motors with either 2 or 3 ports. The BK2116 can concurrently test 2 DUT's and BaKo's Test Shop software makes it very easy to set up and test. And because you use it with a PC or notebook, you can see graphs of the data as you test, and also save it to analyze later, or to analyze the data you gather over time.

ECM Noise Under RF Test System

The BaKo Type BK8020 ECM Noise Under RF Test System tests microphones under RF noise, using a ‘Direct Injection Test’ in the frequency range of 5MHz~2.5GHz with an amplitude modulated (AM) disturbance signal of 1kHz. You run the system using the controlling PC, which allows automatic configuration and which runs the test sequence automatically. When you finish testing, you can print data as an MS Excel report or save it for comparison and analysis.

In keeping with our goal of constant improvement, we have upgraded our BK3011 MEMS mic tester! The BK3011C is more modular, easier to connect and with the new Test Shop upgrade, easier to use. But the basic features are still the same. Then BK3011C enables you to check mic characteristices over a frequency range using a stable, constant SPL sweep. It still produces both graphs and numerical data but now will automatically classify both PASSing and FAILing DUT's so you can keep track of quality issues and trends.

Vibration Unit Tester

We developed the BK2020B as an upgrade to our BK2020 to test the electrical specifications (RPM, current, drop pulse, start up voltage) of your cylindrical or coin type vibration units. You can also test vibration level, noise, isolation resistance, and the DC resistance. The DUT power supply and all measurement components are self contained, so external devices aren't needed and the tester uses DSP, making it capable of fast, highly accurate and reliable measurements. The BK2020B is very versatile. It can be set up as a stand alone machine, or used with a PC and software for access to more information, and to save the data for analysis. Either version is great on the product line but you may also use it for QA, QC and development.

The BO1028 Ear Simulator is a special coupler for microspeakers or earbuds that has been designed to be compliant with ATU-T P.57 and IEC 60318-1. While mics in our BP1090 couplers receive sound waves the way they travel through air, the dual compartment chamber of the BO1028 is designed to modify sound pressure so that the mic receives air vibrations the way a human ear drum would receive them.
