Double Embossed Shrouds

Bemcoil-DE (double embossed) is made from roll and continuous welded 18 gauge 304 stainless steel sheet. Each tube passage is almost equivalent to a 7/8 inch OD tube. It is available in three finishes. A number 2B (semi-reflective) finish on the inside face and a number 4 (polished unidirectional) finish on the outside surface, specified when one side of the shroud is to be painted with black epoxy.

The Bemco FW30, mechanically cooled, Glass Door Humidity Chamber has a temperature range of -18 C to +94 C (0 F to 200 F) and a humidity range of up to 5% RH to 95% RH. This chamber features dry air injection and a direct humidity sensor. It operates without dewpoint limit from 5% RH to 95% RH over the range of 30 C to 85 C and even allows operation at 20% RH at 5 C and 50% RH at -14 C!

Bemco FSV Series Vertical Thermal Shock chambers are available in two zone (FS2V - hot and cold) and three zone (FS3V hot - cold - hot) versions, with two temperature ranges (-75 C to +200 C or -160 C to +200 C), and two types of cooling systems (all mechanical cooling - no expendable refrigerant required, or all LN2). Very low temperature, -160 C chambers, are always liquid nitrogen cooled. Two zone chambers are offered in four standard sizes, while three zone chambers are offered in three standard sizes.

Thermal Shroud

When combined with a thermal conditioner such as the Bemco PCL3L-III or PCL3M-III, this shroud converts a 24 inch inside diameter by 30 inch high vacuum only vertical bell jar into a 19 inch inside diameter by 20 inch high thermal vacuum testing system. With a convenient clam shell door, test objects are easily loaded by simply raising the bell jar above the top of the door opening.
