  • AC Line Splitter

Extech 480172 - Extech Instruments Corporation

This Extech 480172 Line Splitter provides a fast and easy way to “open” standard 120 Volt AC electrical lines, eliminating the need to cut off the plug and separate the conductors. When connected between a 120 Volt AC outlet and a device under test, this splitter separates the hot/live conductor from the neutral and ground, which enables users to measure AC current up to 15 Amp on a two-wire or three-wire lines using a clamp meter. This splitter also features two Voltage Test jacks so that voltage can be measured using a multimeter.

  • High Density 1xN mux or 2xN Matrix Switching Systems

    JX Series - Cytec Corp.

This compact and economically priced series can be used as either 1xN multiplexers, 2xN matrices, or individual switches. As multiplexers, they can be used as a large number of individual muxes or jumpered together to form as large a mux as you need to switch a large number of inputs or outputs to one common port. As a 2xN matrix they allow you to switch any number of signals between two ports of a DVM, DMM, LCR, or other type of meter or supply. Individual relay modules are available for other configurations requiring discrete SPST or SPDT relays with standard or power relays.

All set and measured values are shown on alphanumeric display, additionally there is an analog panel meter for output voltage. Other cable paramerter like L, C and R can also be tested by using optional test and measurement equipment. The tester can be ordered with a build in PC and it can be used in conjunction with Finero’s Quality Control software.

  • Portable Dew Point Monitor

    1500 - Edgetech Instruments

The Model 1500 is a self contained system; not only is there no field assembly required, there’s no need to carry around a myriad of individual components such as control boxes, sensors, cables, pumps, and power cords. Simply attach the sample line, adjust the flow (with the integral flow meter) and turn on the power. Within minutes you’ll be collecting field dew point data with the same chilled mirror accuracy of a lab standard hygrometer. And with a nominal battery life of 12 hours, you will be able to collect for the entire shift or spot check your processes for several days.

  • Analog Laser Power Probes

    Macken Instruments, Inc

Laser power measurements should be quick and easy. They should not involve time consuming set-up and alignment problems. Ideally, the measurements should also be able to be made at any point in an optical system where losses are likely to occur. Unfortunately, most laser power meters have sacrificed ease of use to gain continuous power readings. However, in most laboratory and production situations, the usual requirement is for a quick spot-check of power with a minimum of disruption. Even when tuning up a laser, researchers have found that it is best to tune for a desirable mode pattern.

  • Analog Sensors

    Solar Light Company Inc.

Solar Light’s NIST-Traceable PMA-Series Analog Sensors represent the pinnacle of accuracy, durability, and selection on the market today. Our sensors measure discrete bands of the electromagnetic spectrum from the UVA, UVB, UVA+B, UVC, Visible Light, and Infrared regions. Both narrow and broad bands are available, to fit any application, including germicidal applications, environmental probes, and sensors for biologically weighted spectra (such as the erythema and CIE action spectra.) Over 135 different sensors are available in a variety of packages to fit any environment, from indoor clean rooms to harsh locations outdoors to 100 meters under water. Please note that Solar Light offers both Digital Sensors and Analog Sensors in the PMA-Series lineup. Select these Analog Sensors if you don’t need a digital display output of the reading, if you will be connecting to your own datalogger, or if you plan to use a voltage source to provide excitation voltage to the sensor and a digital volt or amp meter to read and convert the results. Analog Sensors are typically used as process sensors that are permanently installed to provide ongoing information. Typical current draw is under 1mA. (By contrast, Digital models are typically used as discrete sensors that are portable and located to provide short term information.)

  • RF Proximity Detector

Type RPD-2 AND Type RPD-2A - National RF, Inc

The Type RPD-2 Radio Frequency (RF) Proximity Detector is designed to detect and locate devices that radiate radio waves in the high frequency to low microwave frequency range. Such devices often include surveillance and “spy” equipment. The Type RPD-2, when used with the different sensors, will detect the emanation of the radio wave within a confined area, and then isolate its location to within approximately a square foot. The type RPD-2A may be used as an RF field strength indicator for antenna field strength measurements. The RPD-2A is identical in function except that the meter scale is calibrated in relative dB units.
