SF6 gas -filled testing transformers are especially designed for GIS in the factory and on-site test, and for testing all GIS switchgears and GIS components such as insulators, insulating tension pole,GIS voltage transformer and so on,the PD test can be performed under the general environment because of the merits of encapsulation ,the PD level of our equipment can be lee than 3pC,and it can be added a HV bushing to perform the withstand voltage test at the same time.

Inflatable Ultralight Non Partial Discharge Testing Transformer is a high-end testing transformer which firstly marketed in China by our company. The high-light characteristic of the equipment reflects the smallness in size, lighter in weight clean, oil-free, unnecessary static of field investigation, longer working life without maintenance and slightness in non-partial-discharge. It is used for the insulators' voltage-resistance testing.Major technical characteristicVoltage unit50.100.150.200.250.300.500kVCapacity unit3.5.10.15.20.25.30.50.100.150.200.300.500.1000kVAInput voltage220, 380V uniphase 50HzImpedance voltage6%≤No-load current8%≤Wave form distortion3%≤Annual gas leakage1%≤

Transformer rectifier assemblies are very useful in OEM applications when unregulated DC output is required. Input power can be single-phase or three phases. With single-phase input power, the output ripple is 50%. With three-phase input power, the output ripple is 5%. A 5% output ripple is a clear advantage. Hence, transformer rectifier assemblies with three-phase input power are more popular. Circuit breakers, fuses, voltmeters, and ammeters can be added per customer requirements. The assemblies can be an open frame or inside an indoor enclosure.

ZERA® WM3000I -
Powermetrix Systems
The current measuring comparator WM3000I is a high-precision device for comparing secondary outputs from a current transformer under test (or digital output of Electronic CTs or Digital CTs) with a reference signal supplied by a standard transformer primary. The resulting error value will be displayed as ratio error and phase error on the screen. The operation of the comparator will be performed via an integrated 10.1” capacitive touch screen or controlled by PC software. The WM3000I is compatible with existing systems, like Knopp, and exports a data output for active database systems.
