EV500
The EV500 Test System is the industry’s first self-contained tester based on the AXIe standard. It provides all of the power, cooling, and device loadboard interfacing required for up to 5 AXIe instrument cards. The EV500 can be used as a standalone test system or as a rack mountable subsystem upgrade for existing test systems. Device loadboards use high-density direct connections to the AXIe instrument cards and can easily be interchanged as required for different devices.

Process Particles Suspensions
Process Particles™ Suspensions are used as particle material standards. They represent real-world contaminant particles encountered in semiconductor device fabrication processing. Deposition of these particles on wafers and reticles enables characterization of the material-dependent response of a surface inspection system when accurate particle size or particle sphericity are of secondary importance. They consist of broad size distributions of irregularly shaped solid particles suspended in ultra-pure water (UPW). Each bottle contains a suspension volume of 100 mL.

The WT-100 Forced Convection (Moving Air) Wind Tunnel is designed in accordance with the EIA/JEDEC JESD51-6 standard for thermal characterization of semiconductor packages and devices. The vertical design minimizes laboratory floor space requiements. Air is drawn in at the bottom and exhausts at the top. The test section is large enough to accommodate the largest JEDEC and SEMI thermal test boards. Air velocity can be adjusted over the range of 0.5 to 5 m/s; air velocity is monitored with an included hot-wire anemometer connected to a digital display. A Type-T thermocouple is mounted in the test section for monitoring the moving air temperature.
