  • ICE 3000 Series

    ICE3009 - Pole/Zero

The ICE3009 subsystem is an agile filter for the VHF-L, VHF-H and UHF frequency bands. It allows operation of a number of transceivers in a cosite environment. The VHF/UHF Filter provides multiple poles of RF selectivity to reduce broadband noise in transmit mode of operation and to reduce interfering signals at the transceiver’s RF input in receive mode at Have Quick II/IIa and SATURN tuning speeds. This design incorporates a flexible control scheme that can be configured at the factory for various radio interfaces (ARC-210, ARC-231, ARINC 429, etc.). The design is highly integrated and includes all filters, amplifiers, power supply, transmit and receive switching (including a bypass mode), and Built-in-Test (BIT). A mounting tray is available as an option for easy incorporation on your platform. This system is qualified for military applications. Cost-effective modifications are available on the ICE3009. • Bulk Current Monitoring Probe

    MP-50 - FRANKONIA GmbH

The Current Monitoring probes may be used whenever RF current measurements are required. Current measurements are made by placing a current carrying conductor within the “sensing” window of the probe and measuring the probe’s output voltage with an RF detector. Calibration of the probe permits the conversion of the voltages measured to current. Current measurements can be made over the frequency range shown in the transfer impedance curve furnished with each probe. There is virtually no loading of the circuit and the technique permits normal operation of the device under test during measurements. The MP-50 can be used for the procedure for clamp injection when the common- mode impedance requirements cannot be met given in chapter 7.4 of IEC/EN 61000-4-6 „Immunity to conducted disturbances, induced by radio frequency fields”. The MP-50 can also be used as current monitor for BCI testing as per ISO11452-4, RTCA/DO-160 section 20, MIL-STD-461 and various automotive standards.

  • Spectrum Marker Generator

    NSG-2 - National RF, Inc

National RF, Inc. is pleased to announce the production of a new device, the Type NSG-2 Spectrum Marker Generator. The generator is intended to be used with either spectrum analyzers or communications receivers to mark specific frequency intervals in the RF spectrum. When used with receivers, it is essentially a frequency calibrator, thus making it attractive for use with vintage receivers with analog dials. The NSG-2 provides a leveled amplitude output over nearly 100 MHz of RF spectrum, thus making it ideal to mark frequencies and signal levels on spectrum analyzers. In addition, it may be used with a spectrum analyzer, in lieu of a sweeping type generator, to align lowpass, highpass, and bandpass filters with passbands greater than 20 KHz.

  • CDNs

    Laplace Instruments Ltd.

In addition to a range of 'conventional' CDNs, Laplace are unique in offering two other types. Both types are 'versatile' in that they are configurable, offering great flexibility in terms of the type of cable each model can be used with. This reduces the number of CDNs necessary to hold in stock. The final type is, in addition to being versatile, fitted with an output which monitors the RF level applied to the cable.
