  • Spectroradiometers

MS-700 Series - EKO Instruments Co., Ltd.

Since their introduction, they were widely used as reference instruments for outdoors spectral irradiance measurements in the fields of Photovoltaic and Meteorological research. In 2001 the MS-700/701 was successfully introduced and adopted by researchers. Since then, the MS series expanded, with sophisticated instruments like MS-711 and MS-712 which cover a wide spectral range for VIS-NIR-IR applications. The MS-series now covers a spectral range from 300nm up to 1700 nm. All spectroradiometers benefit from an advanced spectrometer which is temperature controlled at a fixed temperature to maximise performance in a wide operating temperature range. During the years we proved that long term stability was one of the success factors of the MS-series spectroradiometers.

  • Imaging Colorimeters and Photometers

    SphereOptics GmbH

Imaging colorimeters and photometers of the ProMetric® series are calibrated to replicate human response to brightness, color, and scatter. The ProMetric® Imaging colorimeters and photometers are cooled CCD-based camera systems designed to make precise, spatial measurements of luminance and chromaticity. The spatial measurement capabilities are luminance cd/m², radiance W/m², illuminance lux, irradiance W/m², luminous intensity candela, CIE chromaticity coordinates, L*a*b color scale, correlated color temperature, dominant wavelength.

  • Pyrgeometers / Four-Component Radiometer

    EKO Instruments Co., Ltd.

EKO's pyrgeometers and net radiometers are used for meteorological observations of atmospheric radiations (radiations from clouds, water vapor, CO2 etc.) and the net radiation exchange between the earth and the atmosphere. Net total irradiance (shortwave + longwave) is typically measured by 4 component net radiometers or single component pyradiometers which have a single detector covering the full range. Pyrgeometers measure the long wave down welling radiation by means of a single detector facing the atmosphere. The Net longwave and down welling radiation can be determined by calculation.

  • Small sensors

ML-series - EKO Instruments Co., Ltd.

The ML-series small sensors are used as multi-purpose cost effective sensors for qualitative radiation measurements in the fields of photovoltaics, horticulture, agriculture and industry. Those compact all-weather sensors rely on a passive high quality detector. Based on the integral construction of each sensor type, irradiance (W/m2), illuminance (Lux) or photosynthetic photon flux density (mol/m2/s) can be measured. All sensors have an optical quality glass dome which minimizes the soiling of the diffusor and optimizes the cosine response. Within the operating temperature range, the ambient temperatures has a rather small effect on the sensor output and makes it a reliable sensor under varying environmental conditions. The compact dimensions of the sensor body make it easy to integrate to any type of applications. For mounting the sensor in an horizontal position, an optional mounting plate is available.

  • Photo Detector Testing

    Enlitech

With the rise of 5G technology and popularization mobile devices, more and more advanced photoelectric sensors are used in our daily lives. In order to be better applied to mobile devices, the photosensitive area of these advanced photodetector is getting smaller and smaller. However, these applications place higher and higher requirements on the light sensing performance of advanced photodetectors. In the process of shrinking the photosensitive area, it also brings the challenge of accurate measurement of quantum efficiency. Enlitech adopts the spatial light homogenizing technology and follows the ASTM standard “Irradiance Mode” test method, which is proven that it can accurately perform quantum efficiency and other key parameter measurements of advanced photodetectors.

  • Light Sources

    Inframet

There are many low cost artificial light sources used for illumination or for industrial applications: tungsten or halogen bulbs, fluorescent lamps, LED lamps etc. Some of these sources have regulated intensity of emitted light. However, there very few calibrated light sources of precisely known parameters. A light source can be considered as calibrated when its user can precisely regulate its photometric/radiometric parameters like luminance (or illuminance), radiance (or irradiance) at defined spectrum of interest. Such light sources are needed in many applications among them, in systems for testing night vision devices, VIS-NIR cameras and SWIR imagers. Inframet offers a series of calibrated light sources that can be divides into three groups:
