The high bandwidth circuitry accepts HDTV component video (YPbPr), stereo analog audio, and digital audio in both optical and coaxial formats, and switches all audio and video signals simultaneously when a new source becomes active. Our Ultra-high Vacuum Scanning Kelvin Probes (UHVSKP2020 and UHVSKP5050) give the user full access to work function (Φ) and contact potential difference (CPD) measurements under vacuum with the ability to scan a sample area of 20 x 20mm or 50 x 50mm respectively. Each system comes with the UHV head unit, tip amplifier (located at the mounting port), digital control unit and host PC with dedicated software. The tip can be retracted 100mm from the sample and approaches normal to the sample. The associated digital electronic unit powers the head unit and provides an interface between the head unit and the data acquisition system. The system comes with a complete user manual, which includes an introduction to work function measurements and a detailed description of the system software, including examples. The work function resolution of the Ultra-High Vacuum Scanning Kelvin Probes is 1-3 meV.

The MOS-01 manual oscillator module is used as a quality, general-purpose sinewave oscillator and digital readout monitoring system in the MAC-01, -02, or -03 AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters. The unit has guaranteed operating range of 20 HZ to 20 KHZ which is covered in three one-decade scales. The LCD digital metering system is switch-selectable to readout either frequency, voltage or current. A toggle switch selects the input for the attached AC Power Source/Frequency Converter to originate from the manual oscillator itself or from an external laboratory or programmable oscillator source. With oscillator mode switch in Internal position, the BNC connector delivers the signal to drive additional slave units or for oscilloscope sync or monitoring. BNC input/output is completely isolated with 1500 VAC breakdown and excellent common mode rejection. The oscillator modules must be factory installed and calibrated.
