We manufacture Thermocouple Transmitters, that are either Head Mounted, Din Rail and we even have an OEM version that can fit inside an enclosure smaller than 1" x 1/4". These Temperature Transmitters are PC programmable or DIP Switch programmable. Some are isolated and accept input from various sensors such as RTD's, Thermocouples Voltages, Current, Resistance and Potentiometers. The DAT4530 can convert any process signal (Thermocouples, RTD, mV, Voltage, mA Resistance and Potentiometer) to a voltage or current output (4-20mA, 0-20mA or 0-10V). Each output can be different and it also has a built in limit alarm which is an SPST relay. The DAT4530 is PC programmable with the aid of the Prodat programmer and the Datasoft software which is available from the Datexel down load page. The DAT4530 is also programmable with the aid of 3 DIP switches which can be found on the side of the DAT4530. There is full isolation between the input, power supply, limit alarm output and two outputs.

Each plug-in power supply is equipped with a power on/off, indicator LEDs and voltage test points. The RA 19-1U provides access to the DIP switches and rack keying without disassembling the rack. It also provides a redundant scheme with modules 1 and 3 being powered from one a-c input and modules 2 and 4 from a second a-c input. Module numbering is left to right facing the front panel.
