The DeltaTrak Electronic Data Logger is a portable, pocket sized electronic device powered by a 10-year lithium battery. It is designed for easy and reliable tracking of parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, electric current, pressure, process signals, and pulse signals. All data loggers have a built-in temperature sensor plus single or multiple external channels where different sensors can be attached for remote monitoring of a variety of parameters. The DeltaTrak Data Loggers interface with a PC and have an internal memory for up to 32,000 readings. Each data point is automatically time and date stamped as it is recorded. Sampling intervals are set by the operator via a user-friendly Windows program on the PC. Recorded data is downloaded and graphed or exported in ASCII format to a spreadsheet for numerical print outs.

The Powder Brake Dynamometer (PB Series) contains, as its name suggests, a magnetic powder. The electrical current passing through the coil generates a magnetic field, which changes the property of the powder, thus producing a smooth braking torque through friction. They are ideal for applications operating in the low to middle speed range or when operating in the middle to high torque range. Like Hysteresis Brakes, Powder Brakes provide full torque at zero speed. Like the Eddy-Current Brake Dynamometers, the PB series are water-cooled, allowing for power ratings up to 48 kW. The PB Dynamometers have accuracy ratings of 0.3% to 0.5% full scale ( 2% for PB 2.7), depending on size and system configuration. Mustang has developed a low-cost, simple to use, easy-to-install heavy duty chassis dynamometer that can be used to simulate real-world driving conditions in a safe, controlled environment and can also be used for “static” diesel smog testing for regulatory purposes. This model is used in Diesel Smog Programs in Nevada and Colorado when combined with an approved opacity meter. This test fixture provides the necessary panel controls, switching and cable pin-outs required to test the KPI-552/KPI-553/A series of HSI's as described in their respective maintenance manuals. This fixture will serve as the "Instrument Bench Tester" and does have the required differential resolvers and relay switching. Panel jacks are provided for the Heading, Course, RMI and ADF synchro sources that are external to this fixture. The use of external synchro sources serves to minimize the cost of this panel. Additional items incorporated on the panel are test jacks to monitor the meter drive voltage and current as well as a momentary switch to open the meter drive and this serves to verify sticky meter stops. The fixtures rear panel provides for all power inputs as well as an I/O connector if the shop desires to interface an external synchro panel.
