Barth Electronics, Inc
Barth High Voltage Pulse Attenuators are matched impedance coaxial attenuators for use primarily in pulsed 50 ohm systems, or where occasional transients would damage ordinary units. The attenuator design closely matches the impedance around each resistor, to that resistor. These attenuators feature an input impedance very close to 50 ohms, with characteristics as good or better than most microwave attenuators. These units are ideal for use in nuclear and high energy experiments. Extensive testing during manufacturing insures very high reliability for single-shot experiments. A voltage coefficient of the resistive film of less than .0001 %/V allows low voltage calibration of most systems.

Our millimeter wave variable waveguide attenuators allow designers and engineers to test their systems at various signal strengths and attenuation values to determine the optimum signal performance of the system. The key feature of these waveguide attenuators is that the attenuation level is adjusted using a built-in micrometer which enables repeatable and rapid re-setting to different attenuation levels without the need for additional external components. Our waveguide attenuators handle varying attenuation levels from 0 to 30 dB over the specified band allowing the designer to tune the attenuation level needed for the application. These continuously variable waveguide attenuators cover a broad frequency range of 33 to 110 GHz in five bands and also display flat performance across a wide band with low insertion loss.

Fairview Microwave Inc.
Fairview Microwave’s quick connect attenuators are made up of 31 models that support operating frequency ranges from DC to 6 GHz. These attenuators are available with QMA, QN or 4.3-10 connectors for easy mating. They feature VSWR as low as 1.15:1 and attenuation values from 0 to 20dB. The 4.3-10 attenuator models deliver low-PIM performance and have power handling up to 15W maximum.

VAXE -
Elmika
The VAXE Variable Attenuators are waveguide components for tunable signal leveling or reflection compensation in waveguide networks. The Attenuators consist of waveguide section with a resistive film evaporated on the mica surface. The Attenuators has 0 ÷30 dB minimum attenuation range. The VAXE Attenuators are available in four waveguide bands between 33 GHz and 170 GHz.

FAXE -
Elmika
Fixed Attenuators are waveguide components for introduction of some particular attenuation value in to the waveguide network for signal leveling or reflection compensation. The attenuators have two types of design: with resistive plate in the waveguide diagonal plane or using coupling technology. The FAXE 3, 6, 10, 15, 20, 30 dB attenuators are available in waveguide bands from 18 through 225 GHz. The FAXE Fixed Attenuators can be used as laboratory Standards against which other instruments or devices are calibrated in case the parameters of these Fixed Attenuators are stable enough and were measured with appropriate accuracy.
