BS1553F(X) -
Universal Switching Corporation
The BS1553F(X) is a modular passive DC coupled differential switching system. It is designed as an automated "patch panel" for interconnecting numerous MIL-STD-1553 devices, cables and hardware, or for routing other differential signals such as '422 clock/data or kelvin ATE measurements. The I/O capacity is scalable from a small 8x8, up to 64x64 in one 5RU unit.

MTS1000i -
Applied Test Resources
The MTS-1000i is lowest cost platform available in the MTS series of ATE. It has a reduced platform size compared to the MTS-2010i & MTS-1020i, reduced power supplies, and 4 slots. It is mainly intended for single site testing. Like the other testers in the MTS family it is a highly cost effective production ATE designed for testing high-volume linear and mixed signal semiconductor devices (Op Amps, high-voltage drivers, DAC, ADC, etc.), both at the wafer sort and final test stages of the manufacturing process

ATE Systems
There are no good measurements without good test fixtures. Ideally the test fixture needs to make the electrical connection between the test instrument and the device-under-test (DUT) and be electrically transparent. ATE has developed fixtures for SMT components, leadless packages, and miniature coaxial interfaces, in such a way that the fixture effects can be removed, and the measurement reference plane can be brought right down to the DUT.

VectorPro -
Test Spectrum, Inc.
VectorPro is a low-cost, intuitive test development tool used to translate VCD/EVCD simulations into cyclized ATE Test Vectors in either WGL or STIL formats. This highly versatile tool reads in both VCD and EVCD formatted design simulations, and through the use of its flexible GUI, users are able to view and modify the simulation to fit the needs of their Test Environment.
