Portable Calibration Baths
6109A / 7109A
The Fluke Calibration 6109A and 7109A Portable Calibration Baths are liquid baths that let process industry professionals calibrate four times more sanitary sensors per batch in less time and with twice the accuracy of other portable baths in this class. Larger than micro baths, up to four tri-clamp sanitary sensors fit easily into these baths for calibration at ± 0.1 °C temperature display accuracy. Throughput is even higher for sanitary RTDs with small or no flanges. Two bath models cover a wide temperature range: 35 °C to 250 °C for the 6109A and -25 °C to 140 °C for the 7109A. Each model offers a “-P” version that includes process electronics for connecting an external reference probe. Professionals working in clean process industries, including facilities managers, production engineers and calibration technicians, prefer these baths for a variety of reasons.

The 72-7250 CAL from Tenma is a digital light meter with RS232 capability. It has custom one-chip microprocessor LSI circuit which ensures high accuracy. The meter features 13mm (0.5”) super large LCD display with contrast adjustment for best viewing angle, data hold and auto power off. It records maximum, minimum and average readings with RECALL facility. The 72-7250 has RS-232 PC serial interface, user selectable lighting type (tungsten, fluorescent, sodium or mercury, daylight) and zero adjustment by push button. The meter operates from 9V battery.

Open-Short-Load RF calibration kits
Open-Short-Load RF calibration kits from Fairview Microwave are available with Type N or 7/16 DIN connectors. Type N open-short-load RF calibration kits have male or female genders, 7/16 DIN open-short-load kits are male gender. Type N open-short-load (OSL) calibration kits for RF have a minimum frequency of 0 (DC) and a maximum frequency range between 4 GHz and 6 GHz. Type N open short load kits for calibration have a maximum power handling of between 1 Watt and 2 Watts.

Calibration Executive Software
CalEasy Series
CalEasy is a full-featured, Calibration Executive software package that supports the verification and calibration of Marvin Test Solutions instruments. The software is intended for use by users that prefer to perform in-house calibration and verification for their Marvin Test Solutions instruments. By calibrating or verifying the instrument in-house, the time and cost associated with returning an instrument to Marvin Test Solutions for calibration service can be eliminated or reduced. CalEasy is also used internally by Marvin Test Solutions production to perform initial calibration and to recalibrate the instrument when received for service. This ensures that user and factory based calibration performance is similar. Depending on the specific instrument, standards instrumentation supported for calibration / verification includes a DMM, and a frequency standards module. Some modules require the use of matrix switch card.

ECPR System (Electrically Calibrated Pyroelectric Radiometer)

Developed in conjunction with NIST, the Rs-5900 ECPR is a ±1% absolute accuracy radiometric transfer standard for the visible to near-IR (0.25-2.0µm), with the RsIR Option extending the ±1% accuracy to >20µm. The RsP-590 Pyroelectric Probe requires no cooling and maintains ±1% accuracy from 1 µW to 100 mW. The ECPR uses an auto-nulling, electrical substitution technique that allows the instrument to be referenced against NIST electrical standards, insuring maximum accuracy and precision. Unlike most electrically calibrated radiometers, there is a direct correlation between electrical and optical heating because the same material serves as both the optical absorber and electrical heating element.

One Phase Electric Power/Energy Calibrator

The MC133 master unit model is a one phase electric power/energy calibrator. It can supply the device under test with single phase precise voltage and current with calibrated phase shift along with DC voltage and current capability. Output voltage can be set in five ranges up to 280V and output current in six ranges up to 30A. Simulated electric power can be set independently for each phase. Barcode symbol quality has been at the forefront of discussion among practitioners in the automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) industry since they were invented in 1951.
