NMC’s Microcontroller based Automatic Voltage Regulating Relays (AVR Relays) are latest technology based Relays used for regulating the secondary voltage of Power Transformers with On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). The Parameter settings are made through the front panel keys & are stored in NVRAM. Independent time delays can be set for first control pulse & subsequent pulses. Built-in Tap displays Tap number of Power Transformer. OLTC is blocked for UV, OV, OC, CF, Min/Max Tap Positions & Tap Fail . in manual mode, Tap Raise/Lower can be achieved through front keys. In TEST mode, Relays, Display and LED indications can be checked. A pair of contacts are available for Raise, Lower, UV, OV, Manual Mode, CF, TF & OC. There are two nos. of 5 Amps C.T.’s available, one for the Over Current blocking and L.D.C. & other for measuring the Current.

The CQ range provides an innovative fully-concentric and balanced actuator design for quarter-turn valves. The design features a helical mechanism that transforms linear piston motion into quarter-turn valve stem rotation. CQ actuators provide a much higher torque output for a given footprint than scotch yoke designs typically utilised to operate many quarter-turn valve types. It is therefore ideally suited for installation in confined spaces. Further, Rotork’s unique helical pin design provides higher efficiency than a helical gear mechanism utilised by other valve actuator manufacturers.As standard, the CQ torque output profile, like that of a scotch yoke actuator, is engineered to parallel the torque demand profile typically found with popular quarter-turn valve types. The CQ design however is unique in that the torque profile can be custom engineered and manufactured to meet specific, non-standard valve torque requirements.In our experience, the CQ standard range of sizes is suitable for applications that require a pneumatically powered actuator with torque demand less than 150,000 Nm. The XRP6124 is a non synchronous step down (buck) controller for up to 5A point of loads. A wide 3V to 30V input voltage range allows for single supply operations from industry standard 3.3V, 5V, 12V and 24V power rails. With a proprietary Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme, the XRP6124 provides extremely fast line and load transient response while the operating frequency remains nearly constant. It requires no loop compensation hence simplifying circuit implementation and reducing overall component count. The XRP6124 also implements an emulated ESR circuitry allowing usage of ceramic output capacitors and insuring stable operations without the use of extra external components.
