The Phantom Load is able to generate three-phase voltages and currents with unprecedented stability and measurement accuracy. The amplitude and phase-shift of each current and voltage is individually adjustable. All types of electricity meters – mechanical or electronic, for active, reactive or apparent energy, single-phase or three-phase – can be tested with the Energy Standard. The following meter tests can be carried out with the EE Test System: Error Test, Register Test, No Load Test and Starting Current Test. Full analysis of the customer load can also be performed, if current clamps have been ordered. All test results ( maximum 3 Test Plans, 5 Manual Measurements and Customer Load Analysis) can be saved in one file. 100 saved files can be viewed on the LCD display or transferred to a PC via USB port.

We designed the technology for the highest resolution component video signals, but it can be used for any type of analog signals or high speed data transmission over either Category 5 UTP cable or differential printed circuit board (PCB) transmission lines. Manufactured with our second generation XFCB bipolar process, the drivers have large signal bandwidths of 700 MHz, fast slew rate, and output amplitude and phase matching balanced to –60 dB at 50 MHz.

Single Channel Analyzers

A single channel analyzer (SCA) produces an output logic pulse on the condition that the peak amplitude of its input signal falls within the pulse-height window that is established with two preset threshold levels. ORTEC provides two basic types or classifications of SCAs: non-timing SCAs and timing SCAs. Non-timing SCAs produce an output pulse if the input signal is within the window settings. Terminator
The 60-983 is an LXI compatible Wired Trigger Bus Terminator (WTB) designed to be attached to the end of a WTB cable. The LXI WTB uses a transmission line cable to connect LXI devices together that support the WTB capability of the LXI standard. Like all transmissions it needs to be correctly terminated to avoid reflections that could change the signal amplitude along the cable and generate timing jitter or trigger errors. The 60-983 is a simple terminator that can be placed at each end of the WTB chain to correctly terminate the transmission line with minimal reflections.
