Frequency Multipliers
A series of broadband frequency multipliers is available with output frequencies between 18 and 110 GHz. The use of GaAs diodes on a suspended substrate circuit allows an extremely compact device. Circuit symmetry is used to enhance either even or odd harmonics while suppressing unwanted odd or even harmonics. These devices can be used as higher order even or odd harmonic multipliers with reduced efficiency. All of these multipliers have maximum input power +23 dBm for temperature less than +50°C.

Light-to-Frequency
Light-to-Frequency (LTF) sensors convert measurements of light intensity to a digital form for direct interfacing to a microcontroller. The output of the device is a square wave or pulse stream the frequency of which is linearly proportional to the light intensity. The Frequency to Current converter DAT4540R is a signal conditioning din rail mount converter which converts a pulse input to an analog output equal to the set range which is selectable from 0.1 Hz up to 20 KHz. The DAT4540R also provides 2 relay outputs and a transistor output. The input can be from a Tacho, TTL, PNP transistor or from any Namur standard.
