The BAS001 is typically used to saturate a room with a uniform acoustic field. The available high-efficiency power amplifier has no fan for cooling, allowing measurements in quiet environments, like those in reverberation time applications.

Lighting chokes are used to pass tower lighting voltages across the base insulator of a series-fed tower without appreciably altering the tower impedance. LBA TC-300 general purpose tower lighting chokes are provided for three wire 110/220 VAC circuits. Maximum current is 25 amps. These chokes are rated for peak base voltages to 10,000 volts, and present a typical reactance of +j5000 ohms at 530 kHz. Bypass capacitors are provided on each winding.

The measured luminaire is installed on the two-dimension rotating table, using “+” laser to make the luminaire lighting center superposed with the rotating center of rotating table. The mechanical equipment allows turning the tested luminaires around a vertical axis and a horizontal axis. When tested luminaires turn around horizontal axis, the detector which is at the same level with rotating table will measure the intensity of each direction at this surface. When rotating with vertical axis, the detector will measure the intensity at the vertical surface. The vertical and horizontal axis can be rotated continuously at ±180° or 0~360°. According to the measurement requirements, the system can be operated in C-γ coordinates. When getting intensity distribution data, computer will calculate other photometric parameters automatically.

The Peregrine Optical Delay Line (ODL) provides an exceptional combination of precision, speed, and optical stability at a low price. It is ideally suited for pump-probe experiments and autocorrelation measurements (both interferometric and intensity methods). Advanced voice coil technology allows the ODL to be positioned anywhere in its travel range to within 150 nm. That’s 1 fs for a double-pass configuration. The response time is as short as 1 ms. Our 1-cm-travel ODL is interferometrically stable (measured using a 650 nm laser). No backlash, no hysteresis and no drive trains to wear out as with stepper motors. It’s convenient–the ODL can be positioned using digital commands, an analog voltage or a combination of the two. Two 16-bit on-board analog-to-digital converters simplify data collection. Digital inputs and outputs allow master or slave clocking. An executable Windows application is provided to get you up and running in minutes.
