The 40-780B-531 (PXI) and 42-780B-531 (PXIe) are single failsafe SPDT 26.5 GHz unterminated microwave relay modules. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 67 GHz in 50 Ω or 2.5 GHz in 75 Ω. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50 Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75 Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

It features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. For the best measurements, you should compensate your probe to match its characteristics to the oscilloscope. This probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.

The N2796A is a new generation of low-cost, single-ended active probe with the AutoProbe interface. The probe integrates many of the characteristics needed for today’s general-purpose, high-speed probing - especially in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra low loading of the DUT. This, accompanied with superior signal fidelity, makes this probe useful for most of today’s digital logic voltages. And with its wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±12 V), the probe can be used in a wide variety of applications.
