The PS-425 is powered by an internal rechargeable 12 volt battery (included in purchase), which enables the test set to be used completely independent of any external power source. A connector is provided for an external 12 volt DC power adapter (included). The PS-425 incorporates the altitude, VSI, and airspeed in one single display. The PS-425 is designed and priced for non-RVSM markets, and includes two quick-connect hoses, 12 VDC power adapter, calibration certificate, and a limited 2-year warranty. The Keysight 85130H test port adapter protects the test set port from being directly connected to the device under test. This adapter has a special rugged female connector that connects to the network analyzer test port. This special connector does not mate with a standard male connector but converts the rugged test set port to a connection that will mate with the device under test. This set contains a 1.85 mm to 1.85 mm male adapter and a 1.85 mm to 1.85 mm female adapter. The frequency range for these adapters is dc to 67 GHz with a return loss of 23 dB or better.

The sequencer is programmable and could be used in any escape system.Based on the initiation point, Forward or Aft Seat Handle, Internal or External Canopy Jettison Handles, and the Mode Selector setting, the Sequencer provides firing pulses to the EEDs to support canopy removal, ejection seat inertial reel activation(s) and ejection seat catapult firing(s). Sensing capabilities are provided to determine system state, canopy gone, seat gone, so as to provide the optimum escape timing.
