The LEONBench test system is a flexible and scalable test system that features an excellent signal integrity and a high-quality fixture interface. This is achieved by combining a cableless connection from ABex modules to Virginia panel interface connectors. The system is optimized for high pin count test applications. Furthermore, it can be equipped with vacuum and pneumatic. Support for multi-level contact fixtures enables separate contact levels for FCT and ICT. The Konrad ITA (Interchangeable Test Adapter) frame allows various fixture houses all over the world to build custom fixtures for the LEONBench. Up to 15U additional rack space allows adding a bunch of high-performance measurement devices from various manufactures. The 9025 is a 25 module receiver designed to fit into a standard 19" rack. This model is equipped with a telescopic handle on the right side. This handle is designed to rest flush against the side of the receiver as a standard handle, or can be extended out to the right up to 3" to accommodate a larger ITA enclosure or other obstruction that may prevent normal handle operation/ engagement.As with the standard 9025, a microswitch is included. Mounting flanges and an instrument bracket are also included for slide mounting. A slide kit is required, but not included. See 9025 procedure sheet/ user manual for instructions on choosing the correct slide kit length for your test rack. *Please note: Consult procedure sheet/user manual for information regarding slight slide mechanism bracket protrusion downward into next U height on test rack on both sides of receiver.

The G2 ITA is equipped with a removable EMI-shielded cover. The cover slides up to provide access to wires and connectors and is secured by two screws. The removable and adjustable U-shaped cable clamp is attached by screws to the ITA frame and allows ITA modules to be pre-wired before assembly. The clamp can hold cable bundles with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 1.55". ITA strain relief plates are not needed.
