Model 4026 Freq to Voltage or Freq to Current Converter accepts frequency input from any magnetic speed sensor, digital magnetic pickup or Hall effect zero speed sensors. Input and output configurations are field selectable. Input range is adjustable between 1100 Hz - 10 kHz or 75Hz to 1100 Hz. Output selection can be configured as 4-20mA converter, 10-50mA converter, 0-5 V FTV converter or 0-10 V FTV converter. ZERO and SPAN adjustments easily calibrate to almost any measurement range, with little interaction between the adjustments.

VX-1100 is for a piezoelectric type accelerometer which is widely used for measuring vibration. This compact calibrator is effective for checking operation(sensitivity) sensors before measurement to acquire accurate data.Built-in sensor amplifier and display in one unit allows direct reading of the sensitivity. This calibrator excites the sensor at a frequency of 159 Hz and acceleration of 10 m/s2 rms, and the sensor outputs can be used as calibration signals for a vibration measuring system.

Relative gain or loss measurements are simplified by a 0 dB reference adjustment. DC output proportional to the ac input is provided for analog recorders and to allow operation as an ac-dc converter.

Turbine Flow Meters
Axial turbine flow meters are designed with wear resistant internal components to provide trouble-free operation and a long service life. Fluid entering the flow meter is first conditioned by the inlet flow straightener which reduces turbulence in the fluid. The moving fluid causes the rotor to spin at a speed that is proportional to its flow rate. As the turbine blades on the rotor pass through the magnetic field of the pickup, an electronic pulse is generated.

Seismic Sensors & Transducers
Displacement Pickups are vibration transducers that incorporate a spring-mass system with eddy-current damping using a frictionless pivot. This pivot is a spring flexure that serves as the ‘spring’ and a moment arm attached to the pivot serves as the ‘mass’, which allows resolutions down to the micro inch range. At frequencies above 50Hz, the mass remains fixed in space and becomes an inertial reference. A transducer within the pickup senses the motion of the mounting base relative to the inertial reference and converts it into a proportional signal. Appropriate damping results in a frequency response flat down to 10 Hz. Note that the pickup senses in only one plane, which is perpendicular to the mounting base.
