8-CH Relay Outputs & 8-CH Isolated DI PCI Cards
PCI-7250/7251
ADLINK's PCI-7250/7251 provide 4-CH SPDT (Form C) & 4-CH SPST (Form A) relay outputs and 8-CH isolated digital inputs. The status of each relay output is represented by an onboard LED. When the relay is in SET condition, its corresponding LED will turn ON, and on the contrary, it is OFF. All digital input channels are nonpolarity, optically isolated, and may be set to use RC filter or not. The devices are suitable for collecting digital inputs in noisy environments. The PCI-7251 is an 8-CH relay outputs and 8-CH isolated DI extension card of the PCI-7250. All the I/O functions of PCI-7251 are the same as those of the PCI-7250. The PCI-7251 has to be connected with PCI-7250 and the bus interface is controlled by the PCI-7250. Up to three PCI-7251 cards can be connected to one PCI-7250, therefore, expanding the PCI-7250's DIO from 8 DIO to maximum 32 DIO.

These cards can be installed in any 5-volt PCI-bus computer that can accommodate "long" cards and are designed to provide effective communication on long communication lines in noisy environments. The data lines are opto-isolated from the computer and from each other to assure communication even when large common mode noise and voltages are superimposed. Type 16550 UARTs are used. These include a 16-byte transmit/receive FIFO buffer to insure against lost data in multitasking operating systems. All ports are independently addressable and an on-board crystal-controlled oscillator permits precise selection of baud rates up to 115,200 baud or, by changing a jumper, up to 460,800 baud.

ADLINK PCI-9114 series are 32-CH, 16-bit, high resolution multi-function DAQ Cards. The PCI-9114 device features flexible configurations on analog input. The devices are divided into 2 kinds: normal gain version and high gain version. Both versions provide 4 programmable input ranges for bipolar and unipolar inputs. The A/D on the PCI-9114DG device features a sampling rate of 100 kS/s with resolution at 16 bits, while PCI-9114A-DG/HG device features a sampling rate of up to 250kS/s with resolution at 16 bits. The device supports automatic analog input scanning, and offers a differential mode for 8-CH analog inputs and maximum noise elimination, as well as single-ended modes for 16- CH analog inputs. AIM’s ARINC825 cards can work either with full functionality as an active CAN node for testing and simulating or in listening only mode for monitoring and recording purposes of Avionic CAN bus (ARINC825) applications on up to 4 electrically isolated CAN bus nodes concurrently. All nodes are in conformance with the ISO11898-1/-2 standard. They are accessible by software separately and can be used as 4 independent CAN bus nodes. An onboard IRIG-B time decoder allows users to accurately synchronize single or multiple modules to a common time source. All supported signals are available through front I/O and rear I/O interface. ARINC825 cards consist of FPGA based CAN interface controllers as well as a FPGA based 32-bit microcontroller core and a separate processor for IRIG-B synchronization with high resolution time stamping. All nodes are operating concurrently at CAN bus high speed bit rate of up to 1Mbit/s with the intelligence to process scheduling of CAN frames in real time onboard to significantly off-load the host processor.For embedded applications the AMC825-4 PMC module is available in a conduction cooled version. Using AIM’s family of PCI, CPCI (3U and 6U) and VMEbus carrier cards for PMC our clients have off the shelf solutions in a broad range of card formats. ARINC825 (CAN bus) modules are delivered with an Application Programming Interface (API) and Driver Software compatible with Windows, Linux and VxWorks.An ARINC825 Resource Component is available for AIM’s PBA.pro™ databus test and analysis tool including Tx and Rx simulation capabilities, a Chronological Bus Monitor and support for decoding of payload data within CAN messages.
