The MSXB 067 Signal Conditioning Expansion Board provides analog signal conditioning for strain gauges, load cells, RTDs, and other resistive sensors. MSXB 067 provides a flexible interface for quarter-bridge, half-bridge, and full-bridge sensors, with two to six wires for each sensor, with or without voltage sense feedback. A small daughterboard supports user-supplied bridge completion resistors.

The PCI-Express 32 digital I/O board APCIe-1500 has 32 digital inputs/outputs (24 V or 12 V), 14 inputs are interruptible. The 16 digital power outputs are equipped with protection diodes and filters. The board is fully compatible to the PCI board APCI-1500. It is especially suited for applications like industrial I/O control, signal switching, ON/OFF monitoring of motors, lights etc. in the harsh industrial environment. The APCIe-1500 has interruptible inputs. They supersede continuous cyclical query processes (polling) for routine monitoring and evaluation tasks. This takes load off the processor and the software. At a change of state of the digital inputs the APCIe-1500 generates an interrupt, so that the system reacts on the event through the interrupt routine and herewith fulfils real-time criteria.

Fuel Display Unit Test Bench is a compact table-top test bench with front panel controls, indications, built-in signal simulator and necessary power supply for testing the serviceability of Fuel Display Unit of Helicopter. FTB operates on 230 V AC and supplies 28 V DC power to FDU. FTB is housed in a metallic cabinet FTB interfaces with both 61 Pin connector and 6-pin socket mounted on the rear panel of FDU by means of the cable connected to the unit. FTB is fabricated utilizing off-the-shelf standard industrial/commercial components like rotary switches, toggle switches, press switches, test sockets, fuse holders, potentiometer etc. The Frequency generation circuit is integrated into FTB for the simulation of Fuel probe and flow rate signals. The frequency of the signal can be selected by means of a rotary switch Low amplitude sine wave signal is simulated for testing flow rates. Variable voltage DC power supply with a voltage range of 24 to 29 Volts is provided within FTB to power-up FDU. 5 V DC is provided for the operation of signal generating circuit (PIC Frequency Controller Board). An off-the-shelf Hand held battery operated Digital Multimeter (DMM) procured from the prominent manufacturer (FLUKE) is supplied with FTB for setting up and measurement of various parameters like Resistance, Voltage, Frequency etc.

The PCI-1800 series is a family of high performance data acquisition boards for PCs with a PCI bus. It features a continuous, 330KHz for low gain (44KHz for high gain), gap-free data acquisition under DOS and Windows. The PCI-1800 family has the same architecture and has two 12-bit D/A output channels, 16 digital input channels, and 16 digital output channels. The PCI-1800H, PCI-1800L provides 16 single-ended or 8 differential inputs. The PCI-1802H and PCI-1802L provide 32 single-ended or 16 differential inputs. The -H means high gain model and the -L means low gain model. The scan function of PCI-1800 is so amazing. We call it Magic Scan. The Magic Scan mechanism not only scans the different input channels at vastly different rates, but also at different gain. Even in multi-channel scans, the sampling rates can maintain at 330KS/s.
