The Keysight 87304C hybrid power divider is designed for power splitting applications that require minimal insertion loss and high isolation between ports. It has insertion loss between the main line and output port which is 1 to 2 dB less than equivalent resistive power splitters. It is designed for critical signal processing applications; phase and amplitude tracking between the two output ports is controlled and specified.

Signal Splitters
The DAT4530 can convert any process signal (Thermocouples, RTD, mV, Voltage, mA Resistance and Potentiometer) to a voltage or current output (4-20mA, 0-20mA or 0-10V). Each output can be different and it also has a built in limit alarm which is an SPST relay. The DAT4530 is PC programmable with the aid of the Prodat programmer and the Datasoft software which is available from the Datexel down load page. The DAT4530 is also programmable with the aid of 3 DIP switches which can be found on the side of the DAT4530. There is full isolation between the input, power supply, limit alarm output and two outputs.

Halogen & Deuterium Halogen Light Sources
Avantes Deuterium light sources are known for their stable output ad are used for UV absorption or reflection measurements. These can also be used as irradiance calibration sources due to their high stability. The standard AvaLight-DH-S mixes the halogen light with the Deuterium light, thus producing a wide spectral range light source. The output spectrum of Deuterium light sources exhibits several peaks, with a prominent peak at 656 nm. The AvaLight-DH-S-BAL incorporates a dichroic beam splitter installed to minimize these peaks, providing a smooth spectrum from 200-2500 nm.

Video Distribution Amplifiers (sometimes called a video splitter – not to be confused with a video split screen controller such as our PXD510E split screen controller) are typically used for connecting a camera or other video source to several monitors that do not have “looping” inputs. This two-resistor type power splitter provides excellent output SWR at the auxilliary arm when used for source leveling or ratio measurement applications.
