Low Noise Dual Band VCO
This custom oscillator subassembly consists of two low noise oscillators covering 1.5 to 2.5 GHz, a power combiner, a standard Teledyne RF & Microwave amplifier, and a lowpass microstrip filter. Teledyne RF & Microwave designed both oscillators for low phase noise and linear tuning. The output frequency bands are switched using standard TTL control.

The Automatic Test Equipment is designed to provide R&D and the Production floor with a high quality, reliable and easy to use Test Station comprised of COTS equipment from industry leading instrument manufactures. The measurement switching has low thermal offset allowing for micro volt measurements. The switching also accommodates both stimulus and measurement up to 5 Amps. Also to provide High Speed and Static Digital Stimulus and Response that covers LVDS, 3.3V, TTL, CMOS and Industrial logic families. For Serial communications there are SPI, I2C, RS232/485, USB and Ethernet. The system has nine programmable DC power supplies that are capable of powering both the UUT and the UUT interface separately. The system can interface with a variety of UUT’s via an ITA. Each system comes with the Imperial Test Executive, National Instruments TestStand, CVI, LabView and .NET Runtime.

SP5T RF Pin Diode Switches To 12 GHz
Pulsar Microwave's 5-way RF switches cover bands from 300 MHz to 12 GHz in both absorptive and reflective configuration. These SP5T switches have a rating of 200 mW maximum input power and a switching time of 100 ns. They are specified with a minimum isolation of 60 dB and most models maintain a VSWR of 1.6:1 or better on all ports. The SP5T switches are driven by TTL logic control circuitry and require both positive and negative 5-volt supplies for operation. A 9-pin D-SUB connector provides the interface for the power and logic voltages.

128 Channel Isolated Digital Input / Interrupt Module
DP-VXI-3117
DP VXI 3117 provides 128 isolated channel digital inputs for sensing DC levels and edge transitions of upto 48VDC. The input level selection for 5 (TTL / CMOS compatible), 12, 24 or 48V is made through on-board jumper selection. The debounce feature is programmable for a period of 2msec to 2147 sec. in binary increments. Channel groups 1 to 32, 33 to 64, 65 to 96 and 97 to 128 can each have a unique programmed debounce period, provided the ratio of clock period between groups does not exceed 32,768.
