The ES-302 Exciter contains a 250 lb mass which is accelerated through a 2″ displacement by a hydraulic actuator. The 2,000 lb inertial force which is generated provides ample input to structures such as those shown below to perform low frequency seismic studies and high frequency rotating equipment analyses.
