The F-750 Handheld Brix & Dry Matter Meter uses near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to estimate quality metrics such as dry matter, Total Soluble Solids (TSS or brix), titratable acidity, and color. By using separate adapter cables for measurements and charging of the batteries, it ensures that the charge circuit cannot be activated at the same time as measurements are being made.
