TH2638 series is a new precision capacitance meter with higher test frequency. With small size and portable appearance, it is convenient for use on the shelves. With basic accuracy of ±0.07%, loss accuracy of 0.0005, test frequency up to 1MHz, 4.3-inch LCD screen, selectable Chinese-English operation interface, TH2638 series is easy to operate and provide fast and reliable test for ceramic capacitor production. Also, it can test all kinds of capacitors from low value to high value. The results of testing one capacitor for several times are quite stable and accurate, even for lower value capacitors. The tester is compatible with SCPI command set, and configured with manipulator and scanner interface, the scanner interface can scan the open/short/ load error calibration in each channel, 256 channels at most. In low frequency, there is signal level compensation function. When the impedance is very small, the internal resistance in signal source and test cable will cause the voltage on terminal of DUT lower than the set range, then this function will adjust the level to the set range.

Rail Traction Inverter Test System
The rail inverter test system uses a pulse test methodology to verify proper operation of the IGBT switching elements in a subway car motor control. The system is designed to verify proper commutation of the switching elements. A large capacitor bank allows testing at DC voltages up to 1kV and peak currents of up to 3kA into reactive loads.The system also integrates self test capabilities and safe-to-turn-on (STTO) diagnostics to ensure no gross faults are present prior to the application of high voltages. Further the system includes dielectric withstand (hi-pot) test capability to ensure electrical safety.

The Model 8515-D is a medium-energy, high voltage, and capacitor discharge type ringing demagnetizer capable of desaturating Ceramic and Rare Earth magnetic materials. The Model 8515-D is easily adapted to a wide range of production and laboratory demagnetizing requirements. A modern solid-state electronic control circuit, coupled with a rugged, heavy-duty discharge SCR and fixture, make this demagnetizer a highly reliable, low maintenance unit. The electronic voltage control circuit prevents the Model 8515-D from being discharged before the preset energy level has been reached, avoiding incomplete magnet desaturation. An easy to read front panel meter monitors the capacitor voltage. The energy storage level can be easily changed in the field. Integral electrical interlock and fail-safe circuitry provide a high degree of operator safety.

The Falco Systems WMA-02 is a high voltage amplifier that runs from an 24 - 30V DC power supply and can be battery powered if required, e.g. for use in a Faraday cage. Its internal high voltage generator is inductor-free and hence does not spread magnetic interference in sensitive experimental setups. The output noise is impressively low at 4mVrms. For extremely low noise applications where bandwidth is not an issue, a dedicated WMA-02LF version is available that contains an output low pass filter capacitor which reduces the bandwidth to 50Hz, but makes the noise drop to below 0.2mVrms. This bandwidth-limited amplifier is ideal for MEMS or piezo positioning with manual voltage adjustment.
