The tester is compatible with SCPI command set, and configured with manipulator and scanner interface, the scanner interface can scan the open/short/ load error calibration in each channel, 256 channels at most. In low frequency, there is signal level compensation function. When the impedance is very small, the internal resistance in signal source and test cable will cause the voltage on terminal of DUT lower than the set range, then this function will adjust the level to the set range.

The 16453A is designed for accurate dielectric constant and loss tangent measurements on the E4991A/4291A/B. It employs the parallel plate method, which sandwiches the material between two electrodes to form a capacitor. The E4991A/4291A/B measures the capacitance created from the fixure, and option 002 firmware calculates the relative complex permittivity as described in the 16451B. Adjustment to insure parallel electrodes is required when using the 16451B. This adjustment is not required with the 16453A because the fixure has a flexible electrode that adjusts automatically to the material surface.

4-Way Antenna Splitter
The 4-Way Antenna Splitter provides a convenient means of driving multiple (up to four) GPS or GPS/GLONASS receivers off of one antenna output. The unit has a single TNC female input connector and four isolated TNC female output connectors. Power (12 VDC) is present at the TNC input connector to power an active antenna. The output ports incorporate DC blocking capacitors to allow direct connection to receivers with DC voltage present on their input connectors.

Repeated Charge Discharge Test Set
The IS 13341 : 1992 has laid down the requirements for Ageing Test, Self-Healing Test and Destruction Test on Shunt Capacitors of the self healing type for AC Power Systems. The Ageing Test is to be performed at a specified voltage of 1.25 times the rated voltage for 750 hours. The test is to be followed with a repeated discharge cycle test which involves charging of the capacitor to a DC voltage and discharge of the same through an Inductance.
