CalEasy is a full-featured, Calibration Executive software package that supports the verification and calibration of Marvin Test Solutions instruments. The software is intended for use by users that prefer to perform in-house calibration and verification for their Marvin Test Solutions instruments. By calibrating or verifying the instrument in-house, the time and cost associated with returning an instrument to Marvin Test Solutions for calibration service can be eliminated or reduced. CalEasy is also used internally by Marvin Test Solutions production to perform initial calibration and to recalibrate the instrument when received for service. This ensures that user and factory based calibration performance is similar. Depending on the specific instrument, standards instrumentation supported for calibration / verification includes a DMM, and a frequency standards module. Some modules require the use of matrix switch card.

The UPC Verification Calibration standards are a unique set of symbols that assures an exact and reliable primary bar code standard exists for UPC codes based on ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 methodology. These standards assures that manufactures of verification equipment, scanners, QC labs and end users now have an accurate basis for checking the measurement capabilities of their equipment. These standards are intended as a fundamental calibration tool for an QC program, providing a continuous scale from best to worse case characteristics of each parameter. With complete NIST traceable data supplied, it is ideally suited to those requiring traceability, such as ISO certification. Each symbol is individually calibrated to ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 standards using a custom built microdensitometer. These cards are supplied calibrated for use with a 6 mil scan aperture and 660nm wavelength. (calibration wit other aperture sizes or wavelengths is available)

In addition, any RMO-TW transformer ohmmeter & tap changer analyzer can also perform transformer demagnetization.The series contains 4 models, with maximal test currents from 10 A (RMO10TW) to 50 A (RMO50TW). They are fitted in a portable and lightweight metal housing.All transformer ohmmeters from RMO-TW series generate a true DC ripple-free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. The injection of current and discharge of energy from the test object are automatically regulated.Three independent channels enable testing of three windings in series. Consequently, this enables measurements of winding resistance in every tap position of an on-load tap changer without discharging between the tests.DV-Win software enables control and observation of the test process, as well as saving and analyzing the results on a PC. It provides a test report, arranged in a selectable form as an Excel spreadsheet, PDF, Word, or ASCII format. Additionally, DV-Win measures and calculates the OLTC transition time, the ripple and the winding resistance for each tap changing operation. The 40-262 is a 3U PXI module range that supports 6 (in one slot), 12 or 18 (in two slots) channels of RTD simulation. Based on the 40-260 design principles the module can provide a setting resolution of <8mΩ (PT100) or <90mΩ (PT1000) and a resistance accuracy of better than 0.1% on all channels. Each simulation channel is able to provide a short or open circuit setting to simulate faulty wiring connections to a sensor. Calibration or verification of each resistor channel can be verified by using the calibration port connected to a high performance DMM and a supplied software package.
