This system is an automated calibration and test system designed for single-axis inclination sensors, which can achieve high-precision, process-based calibration and testing of inclination sensors. Through high-precision mechanical structure, servo control unit and circular grating, stable tilt angle control and accurate angle feedback are provided. By detecting the feedback angle of the DUT, analyzing the linearity to judge whether the DUT is qualified. The system can calibrate and test 24 DUTs at the same time.
