Thermocouple Simulator Module for SLSC

Bloomy’s 8-Channel Thermocouple Simulator Module provides eight channels of galvanically-isolated thermocouple simulation and simulates types E, J, K, M, N, and T thermocouples. High-precision digital-to-analog converters which are isolated from each other and from system power provide sub-microvolt resolution and accuracy. Built-in switching provides open-circuit faults as well as switching to system calibration resources.

Load Module for SLSC

Bloomy's 8-Channel Load Module provides isolated current and voltage measurements for eight on-board 5W loads or for eight off-board 120W loads. With built-in switching for calibration and fault injection, the module provides unsurpassed capability for Mil/Aero applications. The module also provides switching and connections to allow switching between a real load (e.g., actuator, valve, etc.) and the simulated load.

Multipurpose Module for SLSC

Bloomy’s Multipurpose Module for SLSC provides a convenient location in an SLSC system for applications ranging from a simple rearrangement of signals to installation of circuits and components. Both front panel connectors are mapped to screw terminals, through holes, and surface-mount technology pads thus accommodating a wide variety of components. Breakout areas for all rear transition interface (RTI) pins simplify integration into SLSC-based systems. On-board power supplies (±15VDC, +5V, and +3.3V) are also made available for the user’s analog and digital circuits. The module features a considerable amount of available board space for user applications.

VDT/Resolver Simulation Module for SLSC

Bloomy's VDT/Resolver Simulation Module offers eight channels of variable differential transformer (VDT) sensor simulation at an unmatched price point. Its highly-flexible nature allows each channel to be configured independently for simulation of a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT), a rotary variable differential transformer (RVDT), or a resolver. Versatile, separate E1 and E2 returns allow each channel to be connected in a 4-, 5- or 6-wire configuration. The included VeriStand SLSC driver also allows each channel to simulate two 4-wire sensors where shared excitation is acceptable.
