At Cambridge Sensotec we have been supplying OEM gas analyser solutions for over ten years. Each OEM customer is given a bespoke scope of supply to match its exact requirements. We produce variations of our OEM electronics removing unwanted components and features to keep costs down and only give the customer the functions it actually needs. Cables, power supplies, board mounts and sensor manifolds are tailored to meet exact OEM specifications and cables are provided at the correct length for the OEM’s application.

Rapidox 2100-OEM-RSB and DIN - Cambridge Sensotec Ltd

The Rapidox 2100-OEM-RSB range are special miniaturised 24V OEM versions of our existing high-performance zirconia oxygen (O2) analyser. The compact new design allows integration into the tightest of spaces with the exact same performance specs and features of our existing OEM analyser. The board is fitted with a robust cabled zirconia sensor, which is ideal for providing fast and accurate remote in-situ gas analysis over the full oxygen range 10-20ppm to 100% O2.

Wall-Mount Miniaturized 24V OEM Version of Rapidox 2100

Rapidox 2100-OEM-RSB-WALL - Cambridge Sensotec Ltd

The Rapidox 2100 OEM-RSB-WALL is a wall mount version of our miniaturised 24V OEM oxygen (O2) analyser. The compact (4.5″ x 3.0″) circuit is integrated into a neat IP65 wall mount polycarbonate box, with a clear smoked hinged lid. Behind this is a clear OLED display and menu keypad. The box is completely electrically isolated and meets all UL and IEC standards for these types of enclosures. There are cable entry glands on the base for power cables and analogue / digital / alarm leads The analyser comes with a robust cabled zirconia sensor, which is ideal for providing fast and accurate remote in-situ gas analysis over the the full oxygen range 10-20ppm to 30% O2. An optional external pressure sensor socket is included as standard.

Miniature Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer with Pump to be DIN Rain Mounted as a True OEM

The new Rapidox 1100Z-OEM-RSB is the World’s first miniature zirconia oxygen analyser with pump designed to be DIN rail mounted into customer’s equipment as a true OEM. The Rapidox 1100-OEM-RSB is a cost-effective 24Vdc OEM version of our sampling 1100 zirconia analyser range. The package has been shrunk down and simplified to fit onto a DIN rail in an electrical cabinet, and comprises a compact control unit (with or without OLED display and menu keypad), a zirconia sensor with sample connection points, a particle filter and a powerful miniature sample pump capable of drawing a gas sample at up to 1.5 litres per minute through 6mm OD/4mm ID flexible tubing.

Three-Channel Version of Rapidox 3100

Rapidox 3100 OEM-3 - Cambridge Sensotec Ltd

The Rapidox 3100 OEM-3 is a three-channel version of our high-performance zirconia oxygen (O2) analyser. Supplied in a metal controller box, the Rapidox 3100 OEM-3 comprises three individual zirconia sensors on bespoke length cables with several options for gas fittings. All three sensor channels are controlled by a single RS485 digital communications link to a PC or PLC using a high-speed USB EasySync device which is included as standard. A special version of our Rapidox software is provided giving full LCD emulation and datalogging of all three channels simultaneously. In addition, a full set of analogue outputs and alarms are provided for each separate channel for more traditional communications needs. We offer a bespoke scope of supply service for customers, which gives a flexible, seamless and cost-effective integration into machinery, products or processes. Please ask us about this service.
