980b - Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata (Quantum Data)

The Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata 980B platform is a modular based system that can accommodate up to three (3) to four (4) 980 series modules depending the modules configured. The 980B platform and its modules can be controlled either through the PC-based 980 GUI Manager or through the embedded 980 GUI Manager running on the 980B platform itself. The 980B Test Platform’s built-in color touch screen provides a graphical user interface (GUI) to control the instrument and to view incoming video and metadata in the Real Time mode when using the 980 modules with analyzer functions.

The Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata 980 series Advanced Test Platforms are module based systems that can accommodate multiple 980 series modules. There are two (2) 980 platforms available. The 980 series platforms and associated modules can be controlled either through the PC-based 980 GUI Manager or through the embedded 980 GUI Manager running on the 980B or 980R platforms’ built-in color touch screen. The 980 GUI Manager provides a graphical user interface (GUI) to control the instrument and view status. The embedded GUI Manager enables you to view incoming video and metadata in the Real Time mode when using any of the 980 modules with an analyzer function.

980 12G - Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata

The Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata 980 12G-SDI Video Generator / Analyzer module supports video and audio functional testing of next gen broadcast monitors, conversion devices and sources up to 12G-SDI. The module is equipped with four (4)12G-SDI-capable output ports. The output ports can be aggregated for Dual link HD-SDI and Quad link 3G-SDI operation. A genlock input supporting both SD analog black burst and HD tri-level to sync the output clocks with a "house sync" but the module can also run off its internal clock. The module's four (4) SDI input ports can also be aggregated for Dual link HD-SDI and Quad link 3G-SDI operation. For single link operation only port 1 on the input or output is functional.

Generator Module for HDMI 8K Testing

The Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata 980 48G Protocol Analyzer / Generator module for HDMI 8K Testing is equipped with both an HDMI Tx/Output port for TMDS and Fixed Rate Link (FRL) video generation and an HDMI Rx/Input port for TMDS and Fixed Rate Link (FRL) video and protocol analysis. The HDMI Tx and Rx ports support testing of formats up to 8K formats at 1485MHz pixel rates. Full compliance test suites are supported in FRL and TMDS modes for both HDMI sources and sinks.

The Teledyne LeCroy quantumdata 980 HDMI Phy & Protocol Aux Channel Analyzer module supports compliance testing of the HDMI DDC bus and HDMI 2.0 CEC testing (partial support only). The module’s CEC compliance tests enable you to identify compliance failures early in the development cycle. The solution is ideal for pre-testing and self-testing (where permitted) your HDMI 2.0 device. The module also supports compliance testing of the HDMI DDC bus voltage and timing parameters in accordance with HDMI 1.4b. Future releases of the module will support functional tests and compliance tests on other HDMI auxiliary channels.
