The use of LineCAL® dramatically simplifies the detection of geometric deviations of compact multi-sensor measuring systems, CMMs and machine tools with maximum accuracy. In combination with the TRAC-CAL software, machines of the highest accuracy can be calibrated within a short time. Positional deviations, straightness deviations, yaw, roll, and pitch and the perpendicularity of the axes to each other are determined with sub-micron accuracy. Volumetric compensation data can be output directly in control-specific formats.
