  • Air Data Test

    Flightline/Ramp Air Data Test Sets - D.Marchiori s.r.l.

    The test sets are all digitally controlled through a local or remote keypad and display. The intuitive user interface allows test set functions to be easily controlled with a minimum of key strokes, with all test parameters displayed, and is suitable for both first time and more advanced users. Optionally many of the ADTS can be remotely controlled by a PDA Pocket PC with wireless Bluetooth connection. The intelligent user interface provides protection to both the test set and the UUT. The software rejects entered command values that exceed the pre-selected limit ranges.

  • Angular Protractors

    D.Marchiori (DMA) manufacture electromechanical devices to measure the relative rotation between movable surfaces which are used by the aircraft industry for aircraft control surface analysis.Angular position is measured by a goniometric scale and/or by an angular position sensor with 0.01 deg. resolution. Angular protractors can be supplied with two types of fixing plates: the screw-type plate and the suction-type plate. A special bearing on the mounting and a cylindrical hinge allows the protractor to check the relative rotation between movable surfaces having a transversal misalignment of 0.8 inch (20 mm) max.

  • Pressure Indicators

    Different types of single or dual channel pressure indicators are produced by DMA-Aero. The use of vibrating element transducers, combined with precise temperature measurements and humidity control provides near primary standard accuracy. With DMA-Aero software the pressure indicators can calibrate the DMA-Aero ADTS instruments automatically.

  • Calibration Standard

    The MM14 is a digital technology pressure standard calibrator. It consists of a variety of components combined to allow ease of operation for the verification of pressure based UUTs (unit under test) such as Air Data Test Sets.The MM14 utilises a very accurate dual pressure transfer standard generator, a reference Primary Standard dead-weight and PC based operating system for automatic verification of the U.U.T.

  • Tilt Tables

    D.Marchiori (DMA) design and manufacture various models of Tilt Tables which provide very accurate position and motion control for testing and calibrating attitude/heading and inertial reference units. Tilt Tables can be supplied with different diameter support tables. Tilt tables can be controlled either by an internal computer or by an external PC connected via RS232. Tilt Tables are equipped with fast zero position finder. Speed, acceleration and position can be set independently for each axis.

  • Digital Tachometer Testers

    BCE13 - D.Marchiori s.r.l.

    D.Marchiori (DMA) manufacture double or triple tachometer testers. They use precision controlled DC motors with coaxial optical encoders controlled by a dedicated microprocessor. A quartz timing circuit provides maximum accuracy and control stability. Speed values (% or RPM), rotation direction, transmission ratio and 100% RPM values can be selected separately for each motor. The test set can apply star or triangle resistive load and read the output voltage for generator checks; by entering RPM and test voltage limit values the full generator check can be automatically carried out. The internal printer provides copy of the test results. Safety limits to protect UUT can be set separately for each motor.
