This version of our BRIC is part of a range of high-density PXI matrix modules. These modules are available in 2, 4 or 8 slot PXI sizes to suit all high-performance matrix requirements and are constructed using instrumentation quality reed relays. With this high level of switching density, these PXI matrix modules allow a complete Functional ATE system to be housed in a single 3U PXI chassis. These BRIC matrix modules allow the use of lower cost 8 or 14-slot PXI chassis.

PXI Dual RF Attenuator, 2.3GHz

The 41-181 Programmable Attenuator Module is available with either one or two independently programmable attenuators in a single width 3U PXI module. Each attenuator uses high reliability mechanical switches to operate binary weight attenuator pads, providing attenuation values from 0 to 63dB in 1dB steps. Attenuator operating time is typically just 5ms, ensuring fast setting times.

The 40-763A-002 terminated dual 8 to 1 multiplexer is part of a range of RF multiplexers available in the following configurations: dual, quad and octal 4 to 1, single, dual and quad 8 to 1, single and dual 16 to 1 and single 32 to 1. All multiplexers have the option of automatic terminations which offer advantages at system level by reducing the presence of standing waves in the system which can cause degradation in isolation and crosstalk.
