The range includes a wide choice of switching configurations which are especially useful where a large number of small multiplexers are required. Our small format embedded switching (SIM relay) cards offer a choice of switching configurations using low cost industry standard SIM connectors. They free the designer from the detail of routing complex switching circuits, you may select from a wide range of cards using the built in RS-232 and I2C interfaces. These low-cost embedded switching cards are intended to be mounted on to a simple motherboard. They may be used to construct very high density switching networks. SIM based switching cards also allow for very simple in-field maintenance.

The 40-780B-531 (PXI) and 42-780B-531 (PXIe) are single SPDT 26.5GHz unterminated microwave relay modules. The 40/42-780B range is available with one, two, three or four SPDT switches capable of switching frequencies up to 67GHz in 50Ω or 2.5GHz in 75Ω. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

This PXI multiplexer combines a 2-pole 18-way power distribution MUX with a second lower power 2-pole 18-way MUX in one convenient single slot PXI module.The module is ideal for power distribution where power and sense signals are required to be connected to an array of devices under test. This multiplexer is also convenient for making 4 wire low resistance measurements by supplying the resistor under test with high current through the power MUX and sensing the voltage drop through the sense MUX.

Connection is by high performance front panel mounted DIN1.6/5.6 style connectors. A 50 ohm version, the 60-800, is also available covering frequencies to 20GHz.
