  • EZ-View Flow Meters

    Badger Meter

Hedland EZ-View flow meters provide a lower cost alternative to standard Hedland flow meters. Made from high-impact thermoplastics like polysulfone and Radel, these variable area meters (rotameters) contain a minimum number of moving parts, offering a reliable, trouble-free flow rate indicator. Fittings, available in brass, stainless steel and PVC, with NPT or BSP ports, allow the meter to be installed in a wide variety of applications. Meters can be used in oil and water processes, with the ability to add a flow switch, which can be used to trigger alarms.

  • Flow Computers

    Badger Meter

Cox FC30 flow computers service both liquid and gas applications. The FC30 features batching, 40-point flow meter linearization tables, and temperature viscosity correction using Strouhal/Roshko advanced linearization methods and multiple flow and control inputs. Relay outputs are independently assignable for alarms and general purpose warnings. The FC30 has serial communications, both RS232 and 485, and isolated analog and pulse outputs.

  • Flow Monitor

    B2900 - Badger Meter

Blancett B2900 flow monitor offers advanced digital signal processing technology in an easy-to-access package. Enclosed in a spacious polycarbonate NEMA 4X housing, the electronics are located on a single board, designed for straightforward and convenient field installation. The B2900 enclosure features an LCD display with push button programming as well as a pre-drilled hole for external wiring connections, such as Modbus RTU and other outputs.

  • High Resolution Encoders

    HR-E - Badger Meter

The High Resolution 8-dial Encoder (HR-E) from Badger Meter uses a non-contact field-proven light emitting diode technology to provide a high resolution 8-digit reading while at the same time eliminating friction and wear of traditional mechanical encoders. The HR-E communicates using the industry standard ASCII communication protocol to provide high resolution encoded output.

  • High Resolution LCD Encoders

    HR-EĀ® LCD - Badger Meter

High Resolution LCD Encoders from Badger Meter are fully electronic, solid-state, field programmable and use industry standard ASCII communication protocols to provide high resolution encoded output. Status indicators/alarms can also be sent as part of the encoded output to endpoints capable of receiving extended messages. In addition, the HR-E LCD offers tamper-resistant features such as register removal and magnetic tamper indicators to provide utilities with increased security.

  • Positive Displacement Meter

    Badger Meter

The Blancett positive displacement flow meter provides high measurement accuracy for fluids over a wide viscosity range. Applications include lubricants, fuels, chemicals and solvents, oils and greases. With only 2 moving parts, the positive displacement meter offers trouble free operation and long service life. The meter is bi-directional and it has an extremely large turndown ratio, up to 400:1 in some models - with full accuracy at extremely low flow rates.

  • Process Controller

    PC200 - Badger Meter

The Badger Meter PC200 is a microprocessor-driven instrument designed for batching and filling both small and large quantities, as well as displaying total, accumulated total and flow rate. Designed to interface with our complete line of industrial flow meters, it totalizes, indicates and controls fluid flows. Many years of experience in the industrial market has allowed Badger Meter to incorporate features indispensable in the liquid batching and control operations.

  • Ultrasonic Meters

    E-Series - Badger Meter

E-Series Ultrasonic water meters from Badger Meter use solid-state technology in a compact, totally encapsulated, weatherproof, and UV-resistant housing, suitable for residential and commercial applications. Equipped with an easy-to-read, 9-digit LCD display, the ultrasonic meter reports consumption, rate of flow, reverse-flow indication, and alarms. With no moving parts, the E-Series Ultrasonic meter improves reliability and has greater extended low flow accuracy compared to mechanical meters.

  • Portable Hydraulic Testers

    Badger Meter

Flo-tech portable hydraulic testers simultaneously measure the flow rate, temperature and pressure of hydraulic fluid. Flow rates are derived from an internal turbine meter assembly. These units were designed for testing pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hydrostatic or power shift transmissions and power steering systems in both mobile and stationary applications. When used in a preventive maintenance program, untimely or catastrophic repairs are minimized. Three families of testers are available to provide operators with the perfect solution that fits their needs, each quipped with a carrying handle to improve portability.
